Class Description:

G1 Yoga Asana classes based on Fixed Yoga Postures for strength, opening, flexibility, poise and stability.     

G2 Yoga Flow classes based on Dynamic/Fluid Yoga movements and combinations of body lines for joyful and energetic spontaneity, fluidity, creativity and focus.

Friday Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga:  tRejuvenating & Relaxing Yoga classes based on basic asanas, various yogic techniques of Breathing, Seals, Gestures and Visualization / Pranayam, Bandhas, Mudras and Nidra.

Monthly FeesRM 90 for 1 class per week / RM 120 for 2 classes per week.                                                          (The payments to be made for every 3 month in advance and non-refundable) 

Kids Yoga: Fun and Playful Yoga Classes for Kinder and Lower Primary (Monthly fees RM 70)                                  (RM 60 for the Yoga parent's Children)
