Class Description:

G1 Yoga Asana classes based on Fixed Yoga Postures for strength, opening, flexibility, poise and stability     

G2 Yoga Flow classes based on Dynamic/Fluid Yoga movements and combinations of body lines for joyful and energetic spontaneity, fluidity, creativity and focus

Kids Yoga: Fun and Playful Yoga Classes for Children

Yoga for Rejuvenation & Relaxation to enhance Life Energy (prana or chi) by cleansing & restoring energy channels (charkras or meridians) in the nervous system based on various yogic techniques of Breathing, Seals, Gestures and Visualizations / Pranayam, Bandhas, Mudras and Nidra

Yoga Walk: Outdoor Group practice for Yoga Walking and Cool-down body line movements

Monthly FeesRM 90 for 1 class per week/RM 120 for 2 classes per week

                           RM 70 for Kids Yoga (RM 60 for the Yoga parent’s Children)

***All the payments to be made for every 3 month in advance and non-refundable
