HEALING SOUNDS MEDITATION The key to experience deeper aspects of Yoga and ease in life is through meditation. The Healing Sounds Meditation is a structured and individualized 5-day course in where Beth will guide you to experience deeper silence and true clarity of your mind. It is especially beneficial for those who seek major breakthrough in their cultivation practices. If you want to be happier, healthier and deepen your spiritual experiences regardless of your age, gender, belief and religion, then this course is for you. It will transform any pre-conceived ideas or impression that you might have about meditation. You will be amazed to discover how easy and natural meditation is, and realizes that all you need is be guided with the right approach, thorough understanding and fine-tuned technique.

The Course Structure (1month, total
6 classes): A. Free Introductory Talk: Every last Saturday of the month, 6:00 to 7.30 pm. This talk gives an overview on the benefits and effects of healing sound meditation and is open for everyone who is interested in knowing more about meditation. This talk is to share genuine and scientific knowledge that meditation has on our physical, mental, behavioral, and spiritual levels. It is also to dispel any misunderstandings and wrong impressions you might have or heard of about meditation. You are most welcomed to attend even if you already practices any meditation as it will deepen your understanding and clarity. B. One-to-one personal Instruction (one hour): Based on appointment. No matter how good the effects and benefits you might hear about, unless you have the real experience of it, it wouldn’t be yours. This personal instruction done in a private setting during which Beth will give you the real experiences of meditation. C. Group Checking Classes: Subsequent 4 weekly group sessions (1.5 hours each) to stabilize and deepen the understanding and experiences, and to refine the technique.
